1 lb 93% lean ground beef (or turkey) 1 onion chopped3 cloves garlic minced1 can red beans1 can Bush's low sodium pinto beans28 oz crushed tomatoes1 can rotel tomatoes1 cup fresh corn (cut off cob or frozen)1 tbs chili powder1 tbs cuminpinch of crushed red pepper flakes2 tbs of ranch dressing mix ( i use Wildtree)
brown ground meat in non stick pot sprayed with pam, add onions, cook til soft, add garlic and remaining ingredients, add water to desired consistency (about 1 cup)
