Reduced Sugar, Low Fat Zucchini Bread with Cherries

Ingredients
* Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove) * Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup * *Whole Wheat Flour, .75 cup * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Cinnamon, ground, 0.5 tbsp * Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp * *Splenda, 12 tsp (remove) * Brown Sugar, .33 cup, packed * *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, .75 cup * Baking Powder, .25 tsp * Baking Soda, .5 tsp * *Dried Cherries, 0.17 cup
Directions
Preheat to 350. Spray a loaf pan with oil.

Mix dry ingredients (minus cherries.)
mix wet ingredients.

Combine. Fold in cherries. Bake for 45-55 minutes.
