Ingredients
2 ¼cup Rice Crispy cereal 1 ¾ cup ON Casein Vanilla 1/3 cup Creamy peanut butter ¼ cup Honey ¼ cup Sugar Free Maple syrup
Directions
Lightly grease 9" x 9 pan.
Mix peanut butter, maple syrup and honey together.
In separate bowl mix whey and cereal together.
Mix moisture mixture into dry mixture.
Pour into pan and press firmly in place.
Refrigerate til firm
