Van Dalsem Oven grilled portabello mushrooms

Ingredients
.25 tsp ground thyme.25 tsp garlic powder3 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 TBS Balsamic Vinegar2 Portabello mushroom tops
Directions
Mix all non-mushroom ingredients.
Brush half of mixture on to the mushroom bottoms and place mushrooms in a pan top down and broil for 5 minutes. Take out and flip. Brush other half of mixture on tops and grill for 4 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 2 - 1 mushroom servings.
