1 package Jello Sugar Free Gelatin Orange 2/3 cup 'crushed pineapple in 100% pineapple juice (no sugar)1/2 to 3/4 of 8 oz. container fat free whipped topping 1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt
Dissolve jello in i cup boiling water and put in freezer 12-15 minutes until gelatin begins to set up. Remove from freezer and beat in yogurt with hand mixer on high. Add Whipped topping and continue beating until well mixed. Stir in crushed pineapple (do not drain) and put mixtrue into serving dish or prepared mold. Cover with foil or plastic wrap and let chill for at least an hour before serving.

Glad you like it. This was one of my dad's favorites. the original recipe included nuts, but he didn't like them, so we usually left them out or, for a dinner with guests, used pecan halves to decorate the top.
