Lemon Risotto Rice

Ingredients
2 cups chicken broth1/3 cup onion finely chopped1/4 cup lemon juice2 tblsp light cream cheesegarlic salt and pepper to taste
Directions
bring to a boil
chicken broth, lemon juice, onion and seasonings
simmer til onions tender add rice shut off
once rice cooked usually 5-8 minutes turn on heat to low stir to make sure all liquid absorbed add cream cheese stir to combine adjust seasoning
