Blender Wheat Pancakes with Fruits & Veggies

1 cup Water1/3 cup Instant Dry Milk1 cup whole wheat (not flour, but hard whole wheat)2 servings egg whites2 Tbsp Canola Oil2 Tbsp Honey2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 very ripe banana1/4 cup raisins1/4 cup walnut pieces1/2 cup raw spinach1/4 cup raw carrot strips
Add water, dry milk, and whole wheat to blender. Blend on high speed about 3 minutes or until batter is smooth. Add all other ingredients to blender (blending a little as you go) until you have a smooth batter. Pour onto hot griddle.
