Crustless Apple Pie

Ingredients
2 tbsp Smart Balance margarine4 medium apples, peeled, cored, and cut in 1/2 inch wedges8 tsp Splenda Brown sugar blend2 tbsp chopped walnuts1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt margarine in 9" pie pan.

2. Arrange apple slices in tight circles, points down, in pan. Mix sugar, nuts and cinnamon well and sprinkle over and between apples.

3. Bake 20-30 minutes or till apples are tender but still retain their shape.

4. Serve, spooning pan sauce over top.
