Vegetable Meatloaf

Ingredients
1lb Ground Beef (extra lean)Zucchini, 170 grams Onions, raw, 91 grams 1/2 cup quick oats2T Worcestershire sauceJalapeno Peppers, 40 grams Baby Carrots, raw, 100 grams salt, to tastepepper, to tastegarlic (fresh or powdered), to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients except for ground beef and worcestershire in food processor. Blend until desired consistency. Mix into ground beef, using hands or spoon. Add salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Shape into loaf and place into loaf pan. Bake uncovered at 350 for one hour.
