Tofu Scramble

Ingredients
Tofu, firm, 1.5 cup Tat soi, 12 ozGround tumeric, 0.083 tbspOnion powder, 1 tspOnions, raw, .5 cup, choppedButter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
Directions
1. Drain water from tofu - pat as dry as possible.
2. Heat butter in large skillet and coat pan.
3. Crumble tofu into pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Add tumeric and onion powder; stir to coat tofu.
5. Add onions, tat soi (and other veggies if you choose!)
6. Cook until veggies are nice and hot throughout.

Serve as is or in a tortilla wrap with cheese!
