Steak and Broccoli Stir Fry with Wild Rice

Ingredients
2 med size round steaks diced into small cubes1 med onion peeled and finely chopped 3 cloves of garlic peeled and finely diced1 head broccoli chopped 2 med carrots chopped and then thinly sliced 1 cup wild rice 2 cups no salt added PC beef broth1 cup of mushrooms chopped1 tbsp curry .5 tsp cumin .5 tsp black pepper
Directions
Heat skillet and add 1 tbsp olive oil. Chop onion, garlic, mushroom and steak and add to skillet. Add broth to a med size pot and bring to a boil. in that 7 mins or so that the broth takes to boil stir the steak and onion mixture frequently. Once the Broth is boiling add ALL remaining ingredients and then add the steak mixture. Cover and simmer for 35 mins
