Orange Cranberry Oatbran Muffins

Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix moist ingredients together:2 eggs5 tablespoon low fat yogurt1 ½ cups unsweetened applesauce1 tsp. vanilla 1 small orange (zest and juice1 cup dried cranberriesBlend dry ingredients: 1 ½ cups oat bran1 ½ cups whole wheat flour1 ½ teaspoon baking powder1 ½ baking soda¼ cup brown sugar
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Mix moist and dry ingredients seperately and then mix together with a spoon. Use an ice cream scoop to fill muffin tins or baking cups.
Bake for 15 – 20 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
