OMG - I absolutely LOVE this. I used the Feta cheese instead of the Parm and it's amazing!! Something new to do w/the healthier ground turkey to give it some spunk! Thanks! - 9/26/07

Really good - since my boyfriend and I are not watching what we eat, we used ground beef instead. We used only half a package of frozen spinach, but followed the rest of the recipe to the tee, and I didn't miss the extra spinach. They were really delicious. - 8/22/11

I made this with 19 oz. of turkey as that is how it was package & still got 6 good size burgers. Using the recipe calculator, each was about 195 calories. I didn't add an egg and they kept together on the grill. I may add more seasoning next time. A keeper! - 8/6/11

These burgers were most excellent. I used the feta cheese. They really held together on the grill. The flavor was a wonderful change to the regular "burger". I served them with a salad and use light buns. We all enjoyed it very much and will have the leftovers tonight! - 7/18/11

This was great! except I subbed the turkey for turkey w/taco seasoning. and the spinach for kale and the basil for Italian seasoning. My dd gave up her pb&j for it and I am literally stuffed. (I even had to turn down an oatmeal cookie) - 2/16/09
