Chicken and Rice Casserole (Flat Belly Diet)

2 lbs chicken breasts, cut in chunks1 large onion, diced2tbsp olive oil3 cups chicken broth1/2 c flour2 cups instant brown rice4 cups broccoli florets1 cup shredded cheese0.5 cup dry roasted almonds, sliced or chopped
Cook chicken and onion in pan on the stove in olive oil. Add flour and brown, then add chicken broth. Stir until thickens. Add broccoli and rice and combine. Put into 9x13 baking dish, cover with almonds and cheese
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes covered, then 10 minutes uncovered.
