Chicken vegetable rice soup (Slow cooker)

Ingredients
2 BLSL Chicken 8 c Water 5 cubes of Chicken bouillon 1 tsp Basil, ground 1 tsp Thyme, ground 1.5 Tbsp Parsley, dried 3 peeled and chopped carrots 3 Celery stalks chopped 1 c Brown Rice (uncooked) 1/2 c raw chopped Onions 3 cloves minced or smashed Garlic 1 large tomato chopped 1 c frozen Peas 1 c Mixed frozen bell peppers or:(1/2 c green, .1/4 c red and 1/4 c yellow chopped)
Directions
chop all ingredients to bite size and add to crock pot. Once everything is warm stir a couple times so bouillon is dissolved (optional) Add salt and pepper to taste.
let cook 6 hrs on high or until cooked through and tender
