Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 9 large, beatenMilk, 1%, .75 cupButter, salted, 3 tbspMorningstar Farms Sausage Patties, 8 serving (or equivalent meat product of your choice)Peas, frozen, 1 cup, thawed (or thawed/cooked vegetable of your choice)Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1.5 tsp (or mustard of your choice)Salt, .75 tspPepper, black, .375 tspCheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shredded (sharp cheddar recommended (like Tillamook Vintage Special Reserve White Cheddar); use 2% milk cheese for reduced fat)
Directions
Mix all ingredients and pour into greased baking dish (9"x13" for firmer casserole, 8"x8" for fluffier casserole). Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
