Italian Green Beans and Peppers

Ingredients
Green Beans (snap), 3 cup, ends cut offYellow bell pepper, 1 cup, sliced thinRed bell pepper,1 cup, sliced thinOlive Oil, 1 tbspGarlic powder, .5 tsp*Onion powder, .5 tbsp*Biltmore House Parmesean Italian Salad Dressing, 4 tbsp
Directions
Slice ends off green beans and slice peppers thinly. Heat oil on medium/medium-low heat. Sautee all veggies and season with onion and garlic powder until veggies start to sweat. Sautee for only about 10 minutes more - do not overcook. Make sure they stay crisp. Remove from heat and place in medium to large bowl, then toss with Italian dressing. Can serve hot, or let them marinate overnight and serve cold. Makes four one-cup servings.
