Ingredients
300g butternut2 stock cubeswater
Directions
to prepare easily cut the butternut squash in half lengthwise.
place half of it in the microwave for about 6-8 minutes
scoup out the seeds and discard
scoup out the fesh (it comes away easily now)
blend the flesh with stock cube and boiling water till the consistency you want.
add curry powder or tinned veggies as desired
