Chicken Breast with Garbanzos in Sofrito sauce

1 can Garbanzo beans 2 Chicken Breast, no skin, off the bone1 cup Pepper & Onion Blend 1/2 bottle Goya Sofrito sauce1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1) Cut chicken into chunks.
2) Put oil in a large pan on med-high heat. Throw in diced peppers.
3) Once peppers are semi-cooked, throw in chicken. Stir.
4) Before chicken is fully cooked, pour on half a bottle of Sofrito sauce. Stir.
5) Pour on a can of drained garbanzo beans. Stir, & cook until beans are heated and chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Serving Size: Makes 3-4 servings
