Oatmeal muffins

Ingredients
1 cup dry oatmeal (not instant) 1 cup non fat milk1/4 cup splenda brown sugar2 egg whites1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 t salt1/2 t baking soda1 t baking powder1 t cinnamon
Directions
Mix oatmeal and milk in a large bowl and let it sit for one hour. Pre heat oven to 400

After the hour...combine all other ingredients, mix well. Fill muffin tin 3/4 full and bake at 400 for 20 to 25 min. You can add a lot to this recipe if you like. Raisins are very good in them .
