Wheat pancakes

Ingredients
3/4 c. cooked oatmeal1 1/2 c. water2 eggs2 Tbsp light tasting olive oil (or oil of your choice)2 cups whole wheat flour (or mixture of flours of your choice)1 tsp baking powder
Directions
Cool oatmeal according to directions (or better yet, use leftovers from yesterday's breakfast). Beat eggs; add water. Add all other ingredients. Mix until moistened. Fry on griddle that was wiped with a little butter or oil

Serving Size: makes 3 cups of batter which I made into 8 pancakes
