Parma Rosa Sauce

Ingredients
olive oil sprayEqual amounts of readymade alfredo sauce and italian diced tomatoparmesan cheese to tastesalt and pepperparsley minced garlicother italian seasoning to taste
Directions
saute garlic in olive oil cooking spray, add tomatoes and simmer for 10-15 minutes over med-lo heat, add alfredo and heat through, about five minutes, salt and pepper, add parsley, remove from heat, stir in parmesan and other seasonings. You could also substitute half and half, cream, possibly even milk if that is all that is available. Just adjust cooking time to adjust consistancy of sauce, and I would add butter if using milk. Wonderful with italian turkey sausage and penne pasta. Yum
