Low Sodium White Bread

Ingredients
3 cups white flour1 cup water2 tsp sugar1 tsp ascorbic acid1 Tbsp. vital wheat gluten (it didn't list the right amount for me to enter it in the nutritional information.)1 Tbsp. cider vinegar1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil1/2 tsp onion powder1 tsp. vanilla extract2 1/4 tsp dry yeast
Directions
Add all ingredients except yeast and flour. Add flour, then yeast on top.

Follow directions as per your bread machine. Adjust flour and water, to the dryness of your flour. Adjust other ingredients according to your taste. Cooking time is based on my machine.
