Weight Watcher Bread Multigrain (2 slices)Cheddar Cheese, Low Fat, 2 slice (1 oz)
Put multigrain slices in toaster and turn it on. When bread turns slightly brown, take multigrain toast out. Turn off toaster. Put cheddar slices on each multigrain toast. Now put the sides with cheese together and use the heat from the multigrain toast to melt cheeses together.
