chicken breast, no skin, 400gmushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, piecesonions, raw, 1 cup, choppedkorma mild coconut sauce (Patak's), 2 cupsquick cook pilau rice, 200 grams
Directions
fry mushrooms and onions until soft, add chicken and cook until golden, add sauce. cover and leave to simmer, stirring occasionally.
