egg white, fresh, 5 large egg yolk, 1 *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.25 cup Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream, 1 cup, fluid Truvia Natural Sweetener, 1 serving Flax seed Oil, 1 tbsp
in medium sauce pan, heat chocolate, oil, yolk, whipping cream and flour until it melts and combines almost to cake consistency.
seperately whip up the egg whites with truvia until egg is beaten to snow.
carefully fold batter into egg snow then pour into 2 seperate small glass/pyrex containers and bake for 15 minutes (350 deg - preheated)
Serving Size: makes 2 - 2 cup servings.
