Ingredients
Flour, whole grain, 68 grams Granulated Sugar, 100 grams Egg, fresh, 1 large Sour cream, Elle et Vivre Creme Légere Épaisse 12% m.g. (1pack=330ml) (France), 330 gram(s) Rhubarb, raw (100g) (fddb.info), 380 gram(s) Pate Feuilletée SuperU (1pack=230g) (France), 230 gram(s)
Directions
Lay the Paté Feuiletée in the a baking form.
Wash and clean the rhubarb, dice it up, place them onto the paté feuilletée.
Cream: mix the sour cream, egg, sugar, wheat flour, and pour onto the rhubarbs in the baking form.
Bake for 30 min at 180C.

Serving Size: 1 pie of 1000g gives about 8 pieces of 125g.
