Ingredients
350g Potatoes540mL chickpeas2 Tbsp. tomato paste2.5 Tbsp. canola oil3 Tbsp. Tamarind Date ChutneyChili powder to taste- Steam the potatoes until cooked but still firm (cook with skins -- you can then remove them or leave them on)- Cut the potatoes into 1.5cm sized pieces- In a pan, heat oil to medium heat- Add tumeric, chili powder and tomato puree- Add the chickpeas, and potatoes- Stir to coat the vegetables and make sure the vegetables are heated through- Add the tamarind chutney
