Ingredients
Egg white, 1 serving (remove) Scallions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove) *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove) *Oil - Flora Sunflower Spray Oil 0.6ml (short spray) serving, 3 serving (remove) Curry powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Shred potatoes, combine all ingredients except spray. Form into 3inch pancakes and saute in a pan coated with sunflower spray until golden brown
