White Bean Soup

1 can Butter Beans2 Cloves Garlic1 Onion, chopped0.5 Cup Celery, Chopped1 Med Carrot, chopped2 Cups Cabbage, chopped3 Lean slices Bacon2 Chicken stock cubes100ml Bulla thickened Light Cream1.5Lt Water
Dice bacon and cook to render fat. Add onion & garlic and sweat off a little. Next add celery, carrot and cabbage. Fry a little. Add beans and stock with water. Bring to boil and cook for approx 30 mins.
Strain out solids, keeping stock. Blend solids until smooth adding stock as you go. Return to pan and heat through with cream added.
