Quick Tofu/Spinach Soup

Ingredients:*Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 2 tsp (one packet per serving) baby Spinach, fresh, .5 cup Tofu, firm, 0.25 cup Water, tap, 1.5 cupscallion (optional)
1.heat the water (stove or microwave on beverage setting)
2. Add Boullion to water in a bowl ad set aside
3. cube and add tofu to the bowl as well
4. Microwave spinach for 45 to 1 minute in a bowl covered with teasoopn of water added
4. Mix into the bouillon bowl and serve
5. You can season to taste with pepper or curry powder
6. Garnish of chopped scallions ca add a fresh touch to it
Serving Size: 1 serving ( just multiple for more people)
