Oven Barbequed Chicken (Canadian Living)

2 tbsp olive oil1 large onion, finely chopped1/4 cup brown sugar, unpacked3/4 cup ketchup1/4 cup fresh lemon juice1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp Dijon mustard1 tsp. chili powderPinch cayenne pepper3 lbs. chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1. In small saucepan, heat oil; cook onion until softened but not browned,
2. Stir in brown sugar and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar has dissolved.
3. remove from heat and stir in ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire, mustard, chili powder and cayenne.
4. Arrange chicken in a shallow baking dish large enough to hold chicken pieces in a single layer.
5. Pour sauch over chicken and bake, uncovered in a 350 degree F oven, basting ocassionally.
6. After 30 minutes, turn chicken pieces over and continue to baste occasionally. bake for 30 minutes longer or until chicken is tender when pierced with fork.
