Cabbage Meatloaf

Ingredients
16 oz lean ground meat2 cups fine shredded cabbage1 medium green bell pepper cut fine1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Golden Onion mix
Directions
Mix all ingredients.
Shape into a loaf.
Fold a piece of aluminum foil to make a handle. Make second handle.
Place foil handls across each other in the bottom of small crockpot. Put meatloaf on top of handles.
Heat on low for 8 hours.
Serves 8

    I used this recipe as a guide for how much cabbage I could put into my meatloaf and still have it look like a meatloaf. I may have done it wrong (my cabbage wasn't finely shredded, it was chopped). I will try this again and experiment with proportions. But thanks for posting! - 6/3/13
