Spicy Summer Squash Soup (vegan)

Ingredients
Summer squash, 3 small Onions, raw, 1 small *Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh, 1 pepper Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium Vegetable Broth, 4 cup Oregano, ground, 1 tsp Turmeric, ground, .5 tsp Garlic, 3 cloves
Directions
1. Saute onion til brown, about 5 minutes
2. Add pepper and garlic, saute 1 minute
3. Add other ingredients, cook til tender (25-30 min)
4. Put soup in blender (blend only half for chunky soup or blend all for smoother & creamy texture)
5) Garnish with bell pepper slivers (optional)
