Rotini Casserole with Ground Beef - Light Version

1 1/3 cups Barilla Plus Rotini (6 oz. uncooked)boiling water1.25 lb 93% lean ground beef2 cups Kraft Free shredded cheddar1 10 oz can 98% Fat Free mushroom soup1 cup finely chopped onion1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper1 carrot, shredded1 tomato, chopped coarsely1 garlic clove, pressedsprinkle of salt and pepper1 tsp basil
1. In large saucepan boil water, then cook rotini in boiling water for 13 minutes. Drain.
2. In large frying pan, fry ground beef til almost brown.
3. Add onions, green pepper, carrot, and continue to cook until soft.
4. Add can of soup and stir until combined and warm through.
5. Add chopped tomato and take off heat.
6. Add cheese and stir to combine.
Turn out into casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbling.
