chicken lemon rice soup (slow cooker)

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless- 1.5lbs-trimmed of all fatCream of Chicken (Fit&Active, low fat, low sodium) 2-10.5 oz cansLow sodium chicken broth, 12 cups (can use water w/ chicken bouillon)*Lemon Juice, 12 fl oz Brown Rice, 1.5 cups Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz) 1 can of rinsed and drained garbanzo beans/chickpeas
Directions
Put all ingredients in slow cooker (spinach on the top-smoosh down a little bit). Cook on high for 4.25 hrs. After 4.25 hrs, remove chicken breasts, shred with fork and put back in. Stir and serve hot.

Makes 10 nice regular size bowl servings.
