Ginger-Lime Dressing

2 tsp. fish sauce2 tsp. toasted sesame oil2 tsp. sugar1 tbsp. peeled and minced fresh ginger1/8 tsp red pepper flakes (or less)2 tbsp. fresh lime juice.
Directions
Whisk together all ingredients. Serve over bibb lettuce, tomato, carrot, and basil leaves.
