2 lb beef, round steak cubes1 large can diced tomatoes3 cloves garlic1 large onion rough chopped1 cup red pepper, chopped1 cup green pepper, chopped10 medium mushroom, chopped 4 medium potato, quartered1/2 cup carrots, diced small2 cups water1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbs flourwater
Directions
Cut all fat from steak and slice into thin strips
Brown in electric skillet using the oil. Season meat with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder.
Once brown, add remaining ingredients over meat. Cook at 350 degrees for one hour. Thicken sauce with flour and water.
