Chicken Laksa

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 500 grams *Coconut Milk, 1.75 cup Rice Noodles, 300 grams*Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 2. cup Laksa Paste, 120 gramsCarrots, raw, .5 cup, finely sliced1/2 Redbell peppers, finely sliced
Directions
boil water to soak the rice noodles, heat oil in pan add chicken cook till lightly browned then add laksa paste stir for a minute or so add chicken stock stir for 5 minutes then add peppers and carrots and stems of bok choy and coconut milk, stir for a few more minutes then add bok choy leaves. to serev drian noodle and divide between bowls then spoon laksa soup mix over the top.
