For the Bread2.75 Cups bread flour1 packet yeast1 tsp sugar1 cup and 1 tbsp waterRemaining ingredients8 cups water0.25 cups baking soda2 tbsp sugar1 egg white beatencoarse salt to garnish
Place all bread ingredients in a breadmaker and let it work its magic on the dough setting. Once done form into roll and leave rise again for 25 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350f
Boil baking soda, 8C water and sugar in a large pan, using a slotted spoon boil one roll at a time for 30 seconds per side. Remove, drain and brush with egg white. Sprinkle with salt and bake for 25 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 12 small rolls
