Ingredients
Portabella Mushroom, 1 largeHalf of Tomato, DicedBasil, Fresh and chopped 1/4 cupRicotta Cheese, half cupMozzarella Cheese, shredded 1 oz.
Directions
Clean and remove stem from mushroom. Coat baking sheet with Olive Oil Spray. Place bottom side up on baking pan. Spread ricotta cheese on musroom. Spread diced tomatos on top of ricotta cheese. Top with basil and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10 minutes.
