Stuffed Chicken Manicotti

1.5 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breastsGarlic SaltTomato Pasta Sauce2 cups mozarella cheese14 manicotti noodles
Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt.
Cut peices of chicken to fit inside of UNCOOKED noodles, then stuff the noodles.
cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan with pasta sauce, reserving most of the sauce for later (use the least amount of pasta sauce possible to cover the bottom of pan). Place stuffed noodles on the sauce in the pan. Cover the noodles with remaining pasta sauce. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Bake for the first 30 minutes with foil covering, then take off foil for the last 5-10 minutes so cheese melts.
