Soup with beef meatballs (russian style)

Ingredients
Ground beef, extra lean, 16 ozRed Potato, 100 grams *Flour, white, 1 tbs, Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia)Carrots, raw, 1 medium Lentils, 3 tbsp Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) Parsley fresh, 2 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 medium
Directions
boil water add a little salt , add potato, carrots, lentil, make it boil again and simmer for 15 min.
Meanwhile prepair meatballs: ground beef, 1 egg, 1 tbspoon flour, salt , pepper mix very good, make meatballs and drop them to a boiling soup. Boil for another 5-10 min and add parsley, more salt if you need.
