12 oz of swiss chard stems removed1 c. crumbled feta8 eggs1/4 c. heavy cream1 c. chopped onion1 tbls. olive oilsalt and pepper1 lb. of italian sausage casings removed
preheat oven to 325
spray 8 x 8 pan
cook chard in boiling water 2-3 minutes
drain, finely chop chard and squeeze in a kitchen towel let cool
cook onion in olive oil and then add crumbled sausage and cook
let cool
mix eggs, cream salt and pepper in a large bowl with a wisk
add cooled sausage, chard and cheese and stir
pour into baking dish and bake for 55 minutes
let cool on a rack for 15-20 minutes
invert onto a serving plate, then invert again and cut into 20 pieces may be served at room temp and made day ahead. If refrigerated reheat before serving
