Quick Pressure Cooker Beef Stew

1 lb. lean stew beeflow-fat cream of mushroom soup, one can1 c. diced onion5 med carrots, diced4 medium, 6 oz. potatoes, diced1 bay leaf
In pressure cooker, sautee the beef in cooking spray until browned.
Add onions and brown a bit more.
Add carrots, potatoes, 1 bay leaf, cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans of water.
Bring pressure cooker up to 15 psi and cook for 4 minutes. Run under cold water to relieve pressure, and put back on stove on low.
If needed, add 2 tsp. corn starch dissolved in water to thicken a bit. Serve hot.
