Tomato and Cucumber Salad

1 med. tomato1 med. cucumber7 oz. mozzarella cheese (part skim)1 T. olive oil1 t. red pepper flakes1 t. garlic powder1 t. chives1 t. parsley
Chop up tomato, cucumber, and mozzarella. Mix them all in a bowl.
Add olive oil and spices and stir well.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
