New Potato Salad

Ingredients
1 lb new potatoes3/4 cup mayonnaise1/2 jar roasted red bell pepper, diced2 TBSP chopped green onion6 oz sweet relish1-2 TBSP spicy brown mustardpinch celery seedsalt to taste
Directions
Wash potatoes well and boil until tender, but not soft. Drain, let cool, and cut into bite-sized pieces. In a seperate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Add mixture to potatoes and toss until potatoes are completely coated.
