Ingredients
1 pound of brussels sprouts-Dijion Mustard sauce:1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt 1TBSP Kraft calorie wise miracle whip dressing 1-1/2 tsps Dijion mustard 1/4 tsp celery seed
Directions
Place brussels sprouts in a steamer basket;place in a large saucepan over 1 inch of water.Bring to a boil;cover and steam for 8-11 min. or until tender.*mean whil,in a sauce pan,combine the yogurt,miricle whip,mustard and celery seed.Cook and stir just until heated through.Serve with brussels sprouts.
