1 pound top sirlion stripsMarinade:1/4 t Sesame oil1 t sherry or chinese rice wine2t light soy sauce1 t cornstarchSauce:1/4 c light soy sauce1 t Rice vinegar3 T Oyster Sauce1 c. Beef boullion1 t ground ginger (you can also use fresh)1 t corn starch1 T Sesame oil1 clove minced garlic2 c. Wegman's Asian Slaw, Napa Cabbage, Carrots & Celery1 bag Birds Eye Frozen Broccoli Stir Fry Vegetables1 bag Frozen Broccoli florets16 oz (one box) Wegmans Super Pasta, Spaghetti
Mix 1/4 t sesame oil, sherry, 2 t soy sauce, and 1 t cornstarch together. Add sirloin strips and marinate for 20 minutes.
Mix the remaining soy sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, bouillon, and ginger together in small bowl and set aside.
Cook noodles in boiling water until they are al dente - about 5 minutes. Drain, rinse with water, and drain again.
Heat 1 T sesame oil in Wok over high heat. Add the garlic and fry for a few seconds, until it is aromatic. Add beef and cook to about 75% done - until it changes color. If you need more oil, try adding 1 T water.
Add frozen vegetables and cook 5-10 minutes until heated through. Add noodles, Asian sauce, and sauce, mixing with other ingredients. Cook for 5 more minutes. Serve hot
