Thai fish cakes (tode mun plah) 50 g

Ingredients
1 lb whitefish1 egg2 Tbsp red curry paste1 Tbsp fish sauce1/2 tsp sugar1/4 c green beans, finely chopped4 lime leaves, minced3 Tbsp vegetable oil, for frying
Directions
Blend fish in food processor to a coarse paste. Put in bowl, add egg, curry, fish sauce, sugar, beans & lime leaves. Form into 12 cakes.
Fry in oil for 5-6 min, turning to evenly brown.
Serve with rice & cucumber pickles.
